Your ticket purchase is complete. Here’s a few things you need to know from this point…
You’ll receive an email confirmation BUT the actual ticket/s won’t be released until around 3 days before the event. This gives everyone a chance to adjust things like seating and partner names before we finalise the night. When the tickets are ready, you’ll receive another email with a link to download or print them.

If you need to change the details of your booking, such as seating, names or dietary needs, you’ll be able to log back in to the system and do that right up until tickets are issued.
YOUR BOOKING ID
In your confirmation email, you’ll see a “Booking ID”. This is your unique code for all inquiries and to log in and adjust your booking if needed. Keep it somewhere safe!

TICKET REFUND ASSURANCE
During the booking process, you will have been offered TikCover. This is an optional product that covers you for a refund of the ticket cost if anything unforseen prevents you from attending the event.
