Step 1: Create a Committee and a “Wish List”
Start by discussing what you envision for your formal and create a wish list of desired elements, then contact us. After your initial contact, we’ll assign you a highly-qualified Event Manager. This dedicated person will be your main point of contact throughout the entire planning process, available until the end of your formal night.
We’ll then gather information on your timeline, location, expected attendance, preferred package inclusions, and your budget per ticket.
Step 2 – Possibilities Delivered
We analyse the data and conduct thorough research for you. We create a package of inclusions tailored to your budget and provide a list of suitable venues available on your preferred date(s). We typically compile this information within a day or two.
You review the options, discuss them, and ask us any questions you may have. We offer expert advice to guide you through the choices. Once you’re satisfied, select your package, complete the paperwork, and we’ll handle all the bookings.
After your booking is confirmed, we set up your online resources, including a secure ticket-selling platform and a planning portal. While your guests purchase tickets, you can personalise your event in the portal by choosing menus, music, decorations, speeches, and more. These selections can be made quickly and easily online.
Step 3 – Just Arrive and Shine!
While you’re getting ready to glow, we’ll be handling all the event details. This includes venue contracts, guest lists, dietary requirements, floor plans, schedules, event orders, legal compliance, permits, insurance, security, and logistics. You won’t have to worry about any of it – we’ve got you covered!
On the night, simply arrive and enjoy the event. Our experienced team will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly and that the event is perfectly executed for you.
