Established in 1990, Prom Night Events was Australia’s first event management company dedicated solely to high school events. We have organised more formals in more venues and cities, with more inclusions, for more years, and have received more awards than any competitor.

Security & Safety

The Prom Night Events Security Operations Manual has been recognised in NSW Parliament (2007/2012) as “the best model yet written for the safe execution of Minors Functions in licensed premises.” It is the only model approved by three state governments to date. We constantly collaborate with government departments, security advisors, industry associations, and the school community to improve our systems, procedures, equipment, and training, maintaining our leading position in this field.
