“The Base” is the foundation of every Prom Night Events package, featuring essential inclusions carefully selected for a successful School Formal. Once you have the base, you can personalise your experience by choosing from our range of Luxury Upgrades.
A Formal is like a pizza. It needs to have the basic “Margarita” elements before you can customise it.
A Margarita pizza has four basic components: dough, sauce, cheese, and it’s cooked in an oven. If you remove any of these components, it’s no longer a pizza.
However, once you have a perfect Margarita, you can add extra ingredients to create your favorite pizza. Each additional ingredient only costs a little more, but the upgraded pizza tastes amazing!

Our venue standards are very high; even some well-known 5-Star venues don’t qualify for the Prom Night Programme. This makes our venue list exclusive.
All venues are luxurious, air-conditioned, and spacious. They all have good access, lighting, dance floors, staging, and sound systems. Tables include comfortable seating, linens, silverware, and tableware.

Forget “Budget” venues that spread their service staff across multiple events taking place in different rooms in the same building.
