Sometimes things come up and we can’t attend after we already purchased tickets. Tickets aren’t refundable BUT they are “Transferable”, which means if you have a ticket you need to off-load and can find someone in your group who needs one, you can on-sell it to them.

We have no problem with you doing this, however because there’s a lot of data we need to know about all of our attendees (names, contacts details, dietary needs etc) it’s critical that you inform us when you transfer tickets between attendees.
